Growth Product Lead (Web3)

What you’ll do

• Responsible for developing overall user growth product strategy and planning, increasing platform user base and engagement
• Responsible for planning and designing product modules such as viral user acquisition, user conversion (registration, deposits, trading), and platform activities
• Obtain insights into user behavior and needs through in-depth user research and data analysis, and develop growth and conversion strategies based on the characteristics of different user groups
• Lead the growth product team to work closely with project management, technical development, risk control, and other teams to deliver product features of high quality

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major preferred, with 5 years or more experience in growth product or user-facing product, preferably in the finance and e-commerce industries
• Excellent product design and business understanding, able to identify and solve problems through data or processes
• Strong logical thinking ability, able to establish effective communication on key issues in cross-team collaboration and drive implementation
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, strong ability to handle pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• English can be used as a working language, able to work in an English-speaking environment;
• Experience leading a product team of 5 or more people
