GROUP ACCOUNTANT

Job responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Accounts of the Holding company including billing & payments.
• Preparation of the periodic Group Reporting including Group Trading Results & Cash Flow.   Coordinate with subsidiaries Finance team to ensure the reports are submitted and completed timely.
• Assist in the Group’s Financial Planning & Analysis as and when necessary
• Coordinate with the Group’s auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit.
• Liaise with Company Secretary to ensure routine returns/ reports are completed timely as and when necessary.
• Assist liaison & coordination of Inter-Company fees and recharges
• Assist in the routine maintenance of the Group’s Chart of Account & User Profile of Financial System
• Ad-hoc duties or projects as required by the Group management

 Job requirements:

• 5 years or above solid post qualification experience in Group reporting in a MNC environment.
• Diploma/ Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant with accredited professional accounting qualification, e.g. CPA/ACCA is preferred but not a must.
• Previous audit experience in a renown CPA firm is an advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Office Applications preferably but not limited to Excel and Word, hands on knowledge of Flex System/ FION is a plus.
• Independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility
