Graphics and Publication Technician (Maternity Cover)

We're looking for a Graphics and Publications Technician for a maternity cover from September 1st to December 12th, 2025. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role supports our Graphics Project Manager in producing a range of visual solutions by creating and engaging original content for dual-language school publications in English and Mandarin. 

The job includes:

• Providing technical support for graphic design programs, primarily Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You don't need to be an expert, but being comfortable using these apps is essential.
• Utilising Canva, Google Docs, and Google Slides for various design and communication needs.
• Designing and laying out materials, including brochures, posters, and school communications.
• Creating compelling print and digital media that aligns with CIS's branding.
• Overseeing the Graphics Suite, occasionally helping students with their graphics and printing projects.
