Game Designer

Realm of Alters Ltd. is an innovative game development studio dedicated to creating immersive and engaging gaming experiences. We are looking for a talented Game Level Designer to join our creative team and help bring our game worlds to life.

• Design and develop engaging and balanced game levels that enhance player experience.
• Continuous design and develop new contents for existing projects.
• Collaborate with other game designers, artists, and programmers to ensure cohesive gameplay.
• Create level layouts, puzzles, and challenges that align with the game’s mechanics and narrative.
• Test and iterate on levels based on player feedback and playtesting results.
• Optimize levels for performance and ensure they meet design specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Level Designer in the game industry.
• Proficiency in level design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, pacing, and player engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in rhythm game is a plus.
• Experience in UIUX design is a plus.
• Experience in usage of Discord, social media, and experience in community development is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
