JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Manage daily retail sales and shop operations independently.
- Handling and operating CRM and POS systems.
- Customer service skills (prior sales experience is an added advantage).
- Maximise sales and provide highly competent customer and after-sales service.
- Punctual and reliable. Play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
- Actively support management with key in store processes to ensure compliance of standards.
- Achievee individual and store targets, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative goals
- Contribute and support with the back of the company operations and processes, e.g. stock control and inventories.
- Proactively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
- Well communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
