Front Desk Assistant – Customer Experience Support

We are seeking a warm, organised Front Desk Assistant to join our collaborative international team. You will play an essential role in shaping the customer experience—serving as a welcoming first point of contact while supporting our Customer Experience Manager in building meaningful connections with students and families. Service excellence: Warm, genuine attitude with passion for impactful interactions.

Language Proficiency: Strong English & Chinese (spoken/written).

Organisational Precision: Detail-focused with efficient multitasking ability.

Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly, fostering trust & engagement.

Job Duties:

Welcoming Presence: Be the daily positive first face for students & families.

Record Accuracy: Carefully maintain attendance, schedules & materials.

Experience Support: Assist Customer Experience Manager in engagement initiatives.

Communication Bridge: Translate for non-Chinese-speaking teachers as needed.

Community Contribution: Aid social media & event planning for brand connection.
