Footwear Technician

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve any technical issues related to footwear construction and materials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, modifications, and quality control activities.
• Monitor industry trends and new technologies in footwear manufacturing to stay updated on best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Footwear Technician or similar role within the footwear industry.
• Strong knowledge of footwear construction techniques, materials, and components.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for footwear repairs and modifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to travel
