Floor Supervisor / Senior Floor Supervisor 樓層督導員 / 資深樓層督導員

• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in hotel industry with at least 1 year in similar position

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and can work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Willing to work on shift

• 5-day work week
