Roles:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with listing rules, accounting standards, tax regulations, and other regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits and address audit findings.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including banking relationships, debt management.
  • Collaborate with management in developing long-term financial strategies. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions. Lead financial integration efforts post-acquisition.
  • Manage and provide reports and update to bank and potential investors.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.


Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Consolidation and Reporting:

  • Lead the financial consolidation process for multiple entities within the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of GAAP compliant financial statements.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and ensure timely adoption within the organization.

2.  Audit Management:

  • Coordinate and manage external audits related to financial consolidation and GAAP reporting.
  • Address audit findings and recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial disclosures.

3.  Management Support::

  • Work with management to align financial consolidation strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions

4. Finance Team Management:

  • Supervise the finance team to complete routine tasks and report to the management.
  • Maintenance of financial database and statutory records. Manage proper documents filing system.
  • Liaise with banks for account and loan management.
  • Comply and update listing rules applicable to the group

 Qualifications:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or other relevant professional certifications preferred.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations for a sizable organization or group of companies.

3. Skills:

  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of listing rules, accounting principles and financial regulations.

4. Others:

  • Experience in listed company is highly desirable
  • Audit experiences in professional firms an added advantage.
