Finance Manager cum Office Manager 

Responsibilities :

• To give support to corporate finance and office administration
• On-going financial reporting/ governance & cash flow management
• To give support to capital raising & investor/bank relations

Requirements:

•           Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

•           3 to 5-year experience with exposure to corporate finance and business development/ administration

•           Proficiency in English and Chinese a must
