Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field activities, including installing, repairing, modifying, and maintaining PC/POS systems. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with clients, diagnose machinery problems, and provide effective solutions. The Field Engineer will also maintain machine logs, parts, and consumable records to ensure seamless operations.

Job Description:

• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain issues
• Manage field activities including installing, repairing, modifying, and maintaining PC/POS systems
• Diagnose machinery problems and fix the issue
• Maintain machine log, parts, and consumable record

Requirements:

• HKDSE / F.5 or above
• Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role would be preferred
• Outstanding communication skills
• Interest in POS operation, maintenance & support services
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors
• On-job training will be provided for candidates
• Passionate and able to work independently
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work occasional overtime, non-office hours, and weekends
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
