Fashion Control Tower Operations Supervisor

Job description:

-Perform daily tasks related to both Sea and Air Freight Export.

-Ensure prompt document delivery and maintain strong cooperation between brokers, providers, and vendors.

-Maintain effective and up-to-date communication with colleagues , within the Group, both locally and internationally.

-Manage vendors, follow up on their performance, and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

-Possess advanced Excel skills for daily operations.

-Demonstrate proficiency in using Outlook and other relevant operational systems on a daily basis.

-Constantly enhance personal operational skills and deepen understanding of TIBA’s business operations.

-Uphold high standards of data quality.

-Deliver excellent client satisfaction and ensure top-notch customer service.

-Establish and manage Hong Kong OP Team.

-Perform any other tasks assigned by the company or supervisor.

Requirements:

-Associate and above degree.

-6-10 years of related working experience in the industry.

-Must with on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and also documentation working experience.

-Good English speaking, reading, writing skills. Spanish level will be a plus.

-Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.

-CargoWise, experience handling overseas and VIP accounts/customers.-Excel skills, good communication abilities, able to work as a team, proactive, tidy and methodical.

-Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
