Fabric - Assistant Merchandiser/ Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for fabric development and counter sourcing based on internal Design and merchandising team’s inquiry
• Partner with customers’ fabric R&D team to follow up critical process i.e. Fabric Delivery Schedule/Initial Testing Report/Sample Yardage and some tracking charts
• Provide technical support on woven / knit developments
• Able to identify risk and Provide solutions for potential fabric issues

• Fabric mill Assessment and Elaboration, assist in new mill development and onboarding processes
   

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Textile / Clothing or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in fabric field; fabric mill or garment agent work experience is a plus
• Familiar in USA market is preferable
• Good knowledge of Woven and Knit Fabric in both cotton and synthetics
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong multi-tasking ability, detail-minded, self-motivated, strong accuracy with good problem solving skills

• Good team player with strong communication skills
