Executive, Demand Planner

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage weekly sell-in & sell-out forecasting trends. Collaborate with Sales & Product Marketing teams to review PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) status and reach consensus on sales forecasts
• Review current inventory levels, manage future supply plans, and monitor shipment schedules to minimize supply issues
• Regularly monitor long-term inventory levels and DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) to optimize stock holding
• Maintain and evaluate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and channel WOS (Weeks of Supply), to meet business requirements
• Support internal stakeholders with data analysis and preparation of reporting materials

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• Relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar analytical role would be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Korean language is a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective team relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
