Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Regional Business Director. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, assisting in operational improvements, data-driven reporting, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior leadership.
- Represent executives in meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-ups are executed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Consolidate, analyze, and present financial and operational reports.
- Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose data-backed improvements.
- Assist in implementing new processes to enhance productivity.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Personal/ Executive Assistant, preferably in finance, banking, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (written and verbal).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
