職位描述

Job Responsibilities Included (but not limited to):

·    Assist the Executive Officer in daily procurement duties such as order processing, tender invitation, taking meeting minutes etc;

·    Provide document processing support on procurement procedures and answer staff’s queries;

·    Maintain school inventory of new equipment, disposals and collections of redundant stock;

·    Perform general clerical duties, including filing, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails;

·    Carry out other duties assigned by the school or the supervisor(s).

 

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

·        Hold a Bachelor Degree or above in Purchasing/ Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;

·        Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement is highly preferred;

·           Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

·           Be cheerful, positive and self-motivated;

·           Detail-oriented, proactive with strong organizational skills;

·           Possess the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
