職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full spectrum secretarial and routine clerical assistance to General Manager;
  • Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain a smooth daily work-flow;
  • Prepare minutes, report, meeting and presentation materials;
  • Attend internal and external meetings with General Manager and go occasionally business trip;
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned when required.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related disciplines;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in secretarial support or administrative duties, preferably in sizable organizations;
  • Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good computer skills, MS Office and Chinese and English typing;
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Positive mindset and mature with high sense of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Self-motivated, mature, and presentable;
  • Travel and overtime work are required;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
