Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of executive assistant & secretarial support to Executive office
- Coordinate office operations, manage correspondence, and support various administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
- Manage the calendars of General Manager, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, set-up of meeting venue, record minutes and ensure that meetings follow-ups being performed by each team
- Maintain an up-to-date and systematic filing system, ensure all mails received are appropriately and promptly disseminated to concerned departments for handling
- Prepare and consolidate business presentation materials and reports, provide high level summary if required
- Required to schedule events, meetings, conferences, and business social events for the General Manager and any other relevant corporate office events.
- Perform all assigned tasks to ensure the work has been completed in a reasonable time frame and to a standard pertaining to the complex and as set by the management
Requirements
- With 2 - 3 years of related experience in the hotel or private club industry, experience in luxury setting will be an advantage
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, high sense of accuracy and efficiency
- Independent and self-initiative
- Strong communication and impeccable interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work well with people at all levels within the company or organization
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
