Estimator/ Senior Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Tendering Manager to send out price enquiries and prepare prelimiary price comparison after quotation are received;
• Quantities tasks for BQ/ Schedule of Rates preparation;
• Study tender documents, prepare checklist and documents for submission;
• Documents filing, includes Tender Documents, Tender Submission, Price Comparison, Forms for QA System, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Estimator.
