ESPRIT - Junior Fashion Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

·       Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience

·       Provide styling advice and assist customers in product selection

·       Handle cashier duties, sales transactions, and end-of-day reporting

·       Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well-presented

·       Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations

·       Support management in achieving sales targets and executing promotional activities

Requirements:

·       Work experience not required (Fresh graduates are welcome)

·       Good communication skills in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin are an advantage

·       Passion for fashion and styling, with good product knowledge

·       Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

·       Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
