ESG Officer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and implement group level ESG strategies and roadmap, and assist different business units to refine their target deliverables and initiatives to align with Group level directives and targets;

• Monitor key ESG performance indicators, coordinate with different business units and consultant for data collection and ESG report preparation;

• Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, policies, and decision-making processes;

• Identify suitable sustainability awards and initiatives for the Company and business units;

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's ESG efforts and achievements;

• Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG issues and developments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for the organization;

• Provide training and guidance to employees on ESG principles and practices.

  REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Statistics or other related disciplines

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Passion for sustainability and commitment to positive social and environmental impact.

• Good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
