ERP System Maintainer (Junior Developer)

We are looking for a professional to maintain and manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As an ERP system maintainer, you will join our IT team and be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and support of the system to ensure proper operation and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper operation of the ERP system, including system updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the data in the ERP system, including database design, optimization, and backup, etc.
• Provide ERP system user support and training, solve user feedback problems, and provide technical support and operational guidance.
• Maintain the security of the ERP system, including system access control, identity verification, privilege management and data encryption, etc.
• Generate ERP system related reports and analysis to provide data analysis and decision support.

Requirements:

• Have relevant ERP system maintenance and management experience, familiar with ERP system structure and functions.
• Familiar with database management and maintenance, with SQL query.
• Have good Java programming skills and familiarity with the .NET Framework and Visual Studio development tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, able to effectively coordinate and communicate with users and other departments.
• Good time management and planning skills with the ability to complete tasks and projects on time.
• Higher diploma or related professional certification is preferred. (Less experience OR fresh Graduates will be consideration.)
