ERP System Developer - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement custom programs, reports, and enhancements within our primary enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective software solutions.
• Analyze and optimize existing code and data processes to improve application performance and stability.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis for our key business systems.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces between our core enterprise platform and other peripheral systems.
• Create and update comprehensive technical documentation and provide guidance to end-users.
• Participate in full project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to implementation and support.
• Ensure all development work adheres to internal coding standards and software development best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably on a large-scale enterprise application platform.
• Strong foundational programming skills within an enterprise software environment.
• Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and understanding data models within complex business applications.
• Development experience integrated with at least one business domain such as Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), or Warehouse Management (WM) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the retail/ FMCG industry is a MUST.
