Engineering Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Management of Engineering IT Systems, such as Teamcenter PLM, Solid Edge and other tools utilized within the company.
• Work closely with users, solution vendor consultant and system developer who base in different location worldwide to gather & align requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
• Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and reporting progress and issues to relevant parties.
• Preparation of training documentations for systems/functionalities deployed.
• Testing and evaluation of applications or software updates.
• Preparation and testing of scripts for software distribution.
• Providing assistance to end-users who encounter issues or require guidance in using the system.
• Identifying and diagnosing system issues, errors, and malfunctions reported by users or detected through monitoring.
• Coordinating and implementing solutions to address system issues, including bug fixes, patches, or configuration changes.

Requirements:

• Degree or higher in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good knowledge of business process analysis & design, data analysis, SQL programming and System Development Life Cycle
• Good knowledge in 3D CAD software such as Solid Edge or others.
• Experience in programming languages such as C# or others is an advantage.
• Knowledge in PLM (includes Product Data Management, Product Information Change Management) and Manufacturing process is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good team player, responsible and self-initiative
