Engineer, Service Operations

You will be responsible for: 

• Assist Service Operations Manager/Supervisor/Engineer, to lead a team for daily service operations management 
• Assist in monitoring quality and safety of maintenance works
• Handle customer correspondences and other related matters
• Prepare regular maintenance performance & compliance analysis with reports
• Drive IoT & digital solutions implementation
• Perform general duties as instructed by Company

We expect you to have: 

• At the minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering field, fresh graduate or higher diploma holder is welcomed
• Excellent in interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good at written & spoken Cantonese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) 
• Passionate for professional development.
