Engineer, Project Operations

You will be responsible for:

• Handle project, operations, local vendors, subcontractors coordination
• Prepare and review purchase requisition requests with supporting documents to facilitate timely ordering process
• Monitor and track the status of purchase requisition requests and approval. Report any exception and follow-through
• Assist project team to prepare local tender documents and submission documents
• Coordinate with local vendors, subcontractors according to project specifications, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain proper records for relevant documents and control register. Monitor and control internal project management systems including, but not limited to, work schedule, standard letter issuance log, document control sheet, stock of bulk purchase materials, e-Forms and documents in Microsoft SharePoint
• Work together with Field Operations team and Testing & Commissioning team in fault reporting and material ordering/replacement
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations

We expect you to have: -

• Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent discipline, Diploma or Higher Diploma holder is also welcomed
• Minimum3 years workingexperience in project operations coordination, procurement and/or tendering arrangement.
• Able to work independently, well organized & disciplined, a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, numeric sensitive, self-initiative, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handlemulti-tasks and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficientin Microsoft Office
• Candidates with less relevant experience or academic qualifications will be considered as Assistant Engineer, Project Operations
