Engineer/Assistant Engineer

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 yrs' working experience in maintenance
• Holder of HK driving license is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a spectrum of maintenance and repair works, and ensure the proper functioning of facilities / systems including water supply, electricity supply, MVAC;
• Monitor work progress and standards against contractual and legal requirements;
• Assist in preparing tender document, cost analysis and annual budget;
• Well versed in MS Office application / AutoCAD;
• Perform ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering / Facilities Management / Building Services / Building Studies or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' working experience in frontline maintenance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications / AutoCAD / MS Project
• Holder of HK driving license is preferred
