Responsibilities:

• Perform Retro-commissioning works in accordance with EMSD RCx guidelines, client's requirements
• Conduct energy saving projects including material sourcing, software programming, project implementation, payback analysis and M&V report.
• Communicate effectively with client representatives and internal parties for energy saving opportunities identification and project implementation issues
• Monitor the workmanship of subcontractor in performing contract and company requirements.
• Observe and follow the relevant QSE Procedures and other company requirements, when applicable.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or above in Energy, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in BMS, MVAC system, energy audit and/or energy saving related projects.
• More experience candidates will consider as Engineer or Senior Engineer
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in MVAC system
