E & M Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning and procurement activities
• Coordinate site works execution
• Liaise closely with other professionals, including client, consultant etc.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 4-5 years relevant experience of Building services or E&M engineering in large scale renovation and fitting out or building project
• Familiar with fitting projects are preferred
• Assist with shop drawing development and coordination as well as CSD / CBWD
• AutoCAD drawing & drawing knowledge is a must
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
