Role Overview:
As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of RENPHO’s owned brand websites. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to create a seamless and high-converting online experience. Your focus will be on driving sales through effective e-merchandising, product presentation, and continuous optimization of our online stores.
E-Commerce Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Renpho’s branded e-commerce websites in Asia, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Lead the coordination of internal cross-functional teams (buyers, planners, brand coordinators, logistics, customer service, photographers, IT analysts, social media specialists, and operations) to ensure flawless end-to-end execution of online store activities.
Merchandising & Product Presentation:
- Develop and execute unique merchandising strategies to maximize product sell-through on our online platforms.
- Ensure that product presentation is optimized for the best customer experience, collaborating with internal teams to align with brand needs and business objectives.
Sales & Performance Optimization:
- Set up KPIs to track the success of e-merchandising actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Dive into metrics and analytics to understand website performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory control, collaborating with the product allocation team to ensure efficient replenishment strategies.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform regular QA activities to ensure the online store is functioning at its best and providing a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure all website content and product listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on website performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within a branded environment.
- Strong background in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales growth.
- Expertise in using analytics and performance metrics to optimize online sales.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute digital strategies.
- Experience in e-merchandising and product presentation best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality online experiences.
- Proficient in inventory management and product allocation processes.
- Knowledge of the Global e-commerce market and consumer behavior is a plus.
