Title: E-Commerce & Paid Media Senior Executive

Working Location: Hong Kong

Your opportunity

As the E-Commerce & Paid Media Senior Executive, you will be responsible for

  1. Drive sales through strategic and performance-driven paid media campaigns
  2. Enhance and manage the organic E-Commerce system
  3. Launch and maximize the online distribution reach for 3rd party E-Commerce channel (trip.com)

How you will contribute

1.Lead Strategic Paid Media Buying for Sales Growth

- Develop and lead full-funnel paid media strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) aligned with Club Med’s business goals and campaign calendar

- Design localized and performance-driven media plans that are tailored to Hong Kong’s market conditions and seasonal promotions

- Work closely with media agencies and review performance and continuously optimize campaigns

- Identify and test new paid media channels, platforms, and creative formats (e.g. new programmatic partners, display vendors, influencer collaboration) to reach and covert HK travellers

- Collaborate with the PR lead to align messaging and amplify campaign reach through joint Paid Media and PR activations

2.Manage and Optimize E-Commerce Performance

- Oversee and continuously improve the Club Med HK website to ensure seamless user journey, from homepage to booking engine

- Conduct regular audits and sanity checks to update and optimize website content

- Lead initiatives to enhance mobile responsiveness, UX/UI flow, to drive higher engagement and conversion

- Work with global/regional team on some projects to e-commerce initiatives

3.Lead the launch/management of E-Commerce Platform – Trip.com

- Act as the project lead for launch Club Med’s resort products on Trip.com

- Liaise with the trip.com account manager and internal team to ensure a successful onboarding and go-live

- Manage content upload and promotion planning; monitor performance and drive improvement based on the analytics and partner feedback

4.Support B2B Paid Media Strategy

- Collaborate with MICE team and agency to craft a cost-effective media plans

- Supervise agency to ensure timely and accurate execution of B2B campaigns

Who you are?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience in digital marketing, paid media or e-commerce; preferably in travel, hospitality, or retail
  • Proven experience in E-Commerce and Digital Media execution is a must
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of media planning across platforms (Google, META, YouTube etc.) and good knowledge of E-Commerce management.
  • Proficiency in Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suit, UTM Tracking.
  • Awareness of HK digital landscape is a plus.
  • Personality: Well-organized and proactive. Be independent but also a good team player with agile and positive spirit.
  • Languages: Proficient in English, fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
