E-commerce Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the promotion campaign of e-commerce platform – “Brighten- Mall”.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales growth of Brighten-Mall.
• Work with agencies to develop effective strategies, execution plan and performances tracking, including Paid Media, Retargeting, SEM, SEO as well as affiliate partners to achieve marketing objectives.
• Liaise and collaborate with business managers, IT, marketing, logistics department, vendor and agencies, to ensure smooth daily operation of Brighten-Mall.
• Monitoring of online product listing and content management, marketing & promotions.
• Optimize online store journey, maximize visitor’s engagement and their conversion rate.
• Responsible for marketing and event management of Brighten Mall.
• Shift duty on weekend and holiday is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, digital marketing or related disciplines.
• With a minimum of 3 years solid experience in related field of e-commerce platform / online marketing.
• Experience in retail and floriculture industry will be an advantage.
• Good Command in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing.
• Possesses the following traits or competencies: self-motivated, initiative, team-spirit, polite, accountability, cheerful, patient and willing to learn.
• Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart".

Location and Time

• Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
