E-commerce Executive (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

• Mainly handle online customer inquiries of Brighten-Mall e-commerce platform.
• Assist in daily sales and operation of Brighten-Mall e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate among related internal / external business associates.
• Assist in marketing events and promotion of Brighten-Mall.
• Assist in other duties / projects assigned by supervisor.
• Shift duty on weekend and holiday is required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, digital marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field of e-commerce platform / online customer service.
• Experience in retail and floriculture industry will be an advantage.
• Good Command in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing.
• Possesses the following traits or competencies: self-motivated, initiative, team-spirit, polite, accountability, cheerful, patient and willing to learn.
• Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart".

Location and Time

• Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
