職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Key role for online store and all online platform
  • Manage and implement online sales strategy, promotion and marketing programs to achieve business objectives for Hong Kong
  • Monitor and handling day-to-day management for online orders, arrange for order dispatch etc.
  • Manage daily operations including product and content updates, monitor the online sales performance, strengthen customer relationships and maintain timely communication to enhance the online shopper experience
  • Conduct research on market trends to drive website traffic and conversion to maximize online sales

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in e-Commerce, Marketing, business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in e-Commerce for HK & PRC , preferably in IT / electronic industry
  • Strong knowledge in digital platforms and Facebook, Instagram, Google tools
  • With frontline sales experience is preferred
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Creative, well-organized, detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and strong ability in planning and project management skills
  • With IT related knowledge
  • Immediate available is preferred
