Duty Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Operate all engineering plants and machinery to ensure they run in good and optimum condition

· Supervise the technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department

· Handle guest complaints on engineering aspects and carry out immediate effective and reasonable solutions

· Carry out both the operational and administrative duties

Qualifications:

· Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with similar position / Maintenance sectors of Hospitality Industry / Estate Management / Commercial Building

· Working knowledge of all aspects of building systems and operations, construction, and related services, and local laws and building codes on building operations and safety.

· Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above (Preferrable)

· Good communication skills

· Work beyond normal working hours or shift duty is required (Overnight shift is required)

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technician
