Draftsman

Job Highlights

• Diploma or above in Engineering or Architectural or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years+ solid experience in fit-out projects of retails, offices & hotels, commercial complex or residential building

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of CAD and subsequently PDF drawings of various temporary works and other works designed and given by Engineers in the form of sketches
• Conduct checking of as-built drawings against requirements of CDD documents (Requirements on drawing formant, e.g. legends, font size, scale, lines, layers, names, etc.)
• To interpret site queries, incorporate an updated construction drawings
• To maintain and update drawings filing along with the construction progress
• To plot drawings as per instructions of Engineers
• Support project team on project proposals and reports
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience or above in building construction field
• Good operating skill in AutoCAD and 3D drawing skills is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese, could communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Draftsman
