Director – Real Estate, PRC

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formation and execution of business development and sales & marketing strategies in China to achieve the sales targets
• Develop and maintain good relations with business partners, clients and consultants in China
• Deal with land matters and handle valuations of different types of properties in China market as necessary when required
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest levels of quality

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate or Management
• At least 5 years of work experience in business development and/or sales & marketing functions for China properties
• Solid experience and knowledge in China property market and project management
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Good analytical skills and leadership skills
