About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team at GoGoChart Technology Limited. As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and resolving any issues or risks
• Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and any challenges to stakeholders
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and action items are followed up on
• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
• Monitor project budgets and ensure expenses are kept within agreed parameters
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar project management role
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using project management tools and software
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
