Deskside Support Engineer

Serve as the first point of contact for internal user

Provide user support and troubleshooting including computer hardware, network, software

Collaborate with the hotline to provide onsite or remotely via phone or email

Experience in print queue and voice/IP configuration support

Handling IT asset management with onboarding, offboarding process and reporting IT inventory changes

Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hour: Mon to Fri 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 & Alternative Sat – 8:00 to 13:00
