We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end users for customers’ project.
Job Duties:

Provide advanced technical assistance to ensure the optimal functioning of Office 365 applications.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to Office 365, including email, collaboration tools and cloud services after company domain change.

Configure and maintain user accounts, manage permissions and ensure seamless integration with other IT systems. Provide guidance and training to users on Office 365 features, perform regular updates and address any security concerns after domain change.

Ensure seamless experience delivering expert support and minimize disruptions related to Office 365 applications after enterprise domain change.
Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines.

1-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common desktop applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
