Data Center Operator, Service Desk (7 x 24 Shift Duty)**Company shuttle bus provided

• 5 days work, 8 hours shifts
• HK$20,000 - HK$30,000 /month
• Working Location: Chai Wan

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Provide first-line support to end users, answer enquiries and resolving technical issues via phone or email.
• Handle incident such as logging and following with support teams.
• Follow with other support teams for fulfilment of customer request, resolving of incident and answering inquiry.
• Support all regional Date Center operations activities.
• Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
• Monitor the data center IT platform systems and Network facilities.
• 7 x 24 Shift Duty is required.
• Working location: Chai Wan (**Company shuttle bus provided from Diamond Hill, Kwun Tong, Shau Kei Wan, Chai Wan)

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Diploma Holder in computer-related disciplines.
• 3 years+ relevant work experience in IT support or data center operations.
• Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone manner with customer service style.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
