Data Center Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the testing & commissioning and operation of data center infrastructure;

2. Conducted on-site operation quality management and operation security guarantee for the data center according to the operation and maintenance management system, to ensure the standard compliance rate of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) promised to customers;

3. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the operation and maintenance of the data hall related processes, regulations and operation specifications;

4. Responsible for the personnel echelon construction and capacity training of the operation team of the data center, as well as the internal personnel operation and maintenance technical training;

5. Responsible for the daily management and emergency management of the data center.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical, M&E, HVAC related;

2. More than 8 years of working experience in data center industry, at least 5 years of large scale data center operation and maintenance experience and more than 3 years of management experience;

3. Language skills: Good English, Cantonese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin;

4. Master the professional knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, ELV system and other domains of data center, and be familiar with the maintenance process and emergency treatment methods of each domain;

5. Familiar with Hong Kong data center industry standards, regulations and operating procedures of various businesses

6. Have strong management ability and leadership, high professional quality and responsibility;

7. Good communication and coordination skills, able to deal with internal and external relations;

8. Candidates with Hong Kong Electrical Worker Grade B or above, CDCP, CDCD, CDCMP and other relevant international certificates of data center are preferred.
