Location: Chai Wan Office

Job Description:

●       To conduct data analysis and visualization;

●       Conduct statistical analysis and interpret the results to guide and optimize the organization’s decision-making process;

●       Participate in energy performance analysis/Retro-commissioning/energy audits/Energy Performance Contract;

●       Make use of Python program for data analysis and develop charts for analysis;

●       Ensure the respect of processes, procedures, and operational modes defined by the Group and participate in their continuous improvement;

●       Maintain a close relationship with internal and external stakeholders;

●       Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Statistics,  Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant disciplines) or a related field with a strong foundation in HVAC system, algorithms, and data analysis is crucial;

Requirements:

●       Familiar with IPMVP Protocol and/or qualified IPMVP/PMVA/CEM professional will be an advantage

●       RCx practitioner or RCx Pro will be an advantage

●       Professional membership from a relevant organization will be an advantage

●       Excellent attention to detail, strong numeracy & analytical skills;

●       Good interpersonal, communication and technical presentation skills; Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

●       Positive, committed, team player, performance driven, and also able to work independently

●       Team building players
