Data Analyst (Power BI) / BI數據分析師

崗位職責：

1. 通過數據支撐業務部門的經營管理，用數據和商業智能解鎖業務潛力：

• 通過數據分析和業務分析，搭建業務指標體系，對業務效能進行科學衡量，幫助業務部門理解和看清數據價值；
• 分析業務經營數據並形成專題報告，包括外部市場趨勢、內部業務表現和客戶行為等；
• 協同內外部團隊，主動探索分析和發現業務問題，並形成可落地的解決方案；
• 能開發業務常用數據分析模型（如用戶分群、預測性維護、盈虧測算等），幫助業務識別和設計數字化戰略，開發針對性的數字化工具。

2. 理解業務生成數據的路徑並對業務數據資產進行發掘：

• 協同建設數據基礎設施，不斷提高公司數據資產的豐富程度；
• 通過數據挖掘關鍵指標，對管理、業務相關的過程和結果進行有效衡量；
• 整合內外部數據，定性以及定量數據，不斷提升數據資產的利用率和效果。

3. 將業務實際需求轉化為數據產品及服務：

• 設計報表、監測業務效能並對產品落地進行持續跟蹤與提升；
• 沉澱專題分析視角，持續給予業務數字化方面的諮詢或引導，推動業務的數字化工作模式轉型。

任職要求：

• 5年及以上相關工作經驗，特別優秀者可適當放寬；
• 碩士及以上學歷，STEM相關專業，優先考慮金融、數據分析、商業智能等相關領域的背景；
• 熟練使用SQL，Python或R語言，以及進階Excel，能夠根據需要應對各種數據分析的場景；
• 掌握Power BI、Tableau等商業智能工具並用其將數據轉化為數據價值；
• 具備業務視角，深度了解業務邏輯，能夠從優化金融證券業務管理模式的基礎上進行數據分析和業務分析。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support business departments' management with data and unlock business potential through data and business intelligence:

• Build a business indicator system through data and business analysis to scientifically measure business effectiveness and help departments understand the value of data;
• Analyze business operation data and generate specialized reports, including external market trends, internal business performance, and customer behavior;
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to proactively explore, analyze, and identify business problems, forming actionable solutions;
• Develop common data analysis models (e.g., user segmentation, predictive maintenance, profit and loss calculations) to help businesses identify and design digital strategies, and develop targeted digital tools.

2. Understand the pathways of data generation in business and explore business data assets:

• Collaborate to build data infrastructure to continuously enhance the richness of the company's data assets;
• Effectively measure management and business-related processes and outcomes through data mining of key indicators;
• Integrate internal and external data, both qualitative and quantitative, to continually improve the utilization and effectiveness of data assets.

3. Transform actual business needs into data products and services:

• Design reports, monitor business performance, and continuously track and enhance product implementation;
• Solidify specialized analytical perspectives, continuously providing consultation or guidance on digitalization to promote the transformation of business working models.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years or more of relevant work experience; exceptional candidates may be considered with less experience;
• Master's degree or above in STEM-related fields, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, data analysis, or business intelligence;
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, as well as advanced Excel, capable of addressing various data analysis scenarios as needed;
• Mastery of business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau to transform data into value;
• Strong business perspective with a deep understanding of business logic, capable of conducting data and business analysis based on optimizing financial securities management models.
