Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Specialist (Presale) to join our Hong Kong-based team as a replacement for our relocating colleague. You will provide presales support for Cybersecurity Solutions and Managed Security Services (MSS), working closely with our Sales & Tech Team to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and qualify opportunities for Cybersecurity Solutions and Managed Security Services (MSS). 

• Provide pre-sales support for Cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, including organizing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conducting webinars. 

• Understand the client's requirements and design appropriate security solutions, with a focus on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Defender). 

• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Cybersecurity solutions. 

• Assist in developing proposals and statements of work for prospective clients. 

• Work with clients to understand their existing security infrastructure and provide recommendations on enhancing it. 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Cybersecurity industry. 

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales support, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions. 

• Strong experience with security technologies, including Identity Protection, Endpoint Management, DLP, Data Protection, CASB; deep knowledge of Microsoft cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Azure Security, Microsoft Purview) is highly preferred. 

• Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

• Microsoft certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AZ-500, SC-200) is a plus. 

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 

• Must be based in Hong Kong with immediate availability highly preferred.
