The Job
- Screen & vet applications for Rent Assistance Scheme (RAS) in accordance with related policies &manuals and internal guidelines.
- Co-ordinate with Estate Office colleagues to follow up the submission of RAS documents to Central Vetting Team (CVT).
- Prepare relevant documents for Oath taking procedure.
- Assist in preparing daily report.
- Provide administrative and clerical support in daily operation.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.
- Handle administrative and logistic support related to anti-epidemic measures.
- Assist to prepare reports, statistics summary, etc.
The Person
- Diploma/Degree Holder in Property Management, Social Science or Accounting.
- F.5 and above with extensive customer services experience preferred.
- Sound PC knowledge including Word Processing, Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
