The Job

  • Screen & vet applications for Rent Assistance Scheme (RAS) in accordance with related policies &manuals and internal guidelines.
  • Co-ordinate with Estate Office colleagues to follow up the submission of RAS documents to Central Vetting Team (CVT).
  • Prepare relevant documents for Oath taking procedure.
  • Assist in preparing daily report.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in daily operation.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.
  • Handle administrative and logistic support related to anti-epidemic measures.
  • Assist to prepare reports, statistics summary, etc.

The Person

  • Diploma/Degree Holder in Property Management, Social Science or Accounting.
  • F.5 and above with extensive customer services experience preferred.
  • Sound PC knowledge including Word Processing, Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
