About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services professional to join our growing Freight/Cargo Forwarding team at Whale Logistics Co., Limited' in Lai Chi Kok Sham Shui Po District. As a full-time member of our customer-focused team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients throughout the freight and cargo forwarding process.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with clients to understand their freight and cargo needs and requirements
2. Coordinating the logistics of freight and cargo deliveries from start to finish
3. Troubleshooting and resolving any customer queries or issues in a timely manner
4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and suggest enhancements
6. Collaborating with the wider logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the freight/cargo or logistics industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Knowledge of freight/cargo forwarding processes and relevant industry regulations
