Responsibilities:
- Delivery orders follow up, prepare picking list and delivery note
- System update for inbound and outbound shipment
- Document record filing
- Communicate with customers via email or telephone
- Assist in any ad-hoc when necessary
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in computer knowledge, such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A good team player with sound communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Working Hours: 11:00 - 20:00
