Responsibilities:

• Handle computer warranty/maintenance service;
• Coordinate service order and arrange engineer on-site support;
• Act as a communication channel between client, technical support team and logistic team on service issues;
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls/ chats/ emails on CS issues;
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in customer services;
• Good PC knowledge of MS Office;
• Proactive, well-manner, self-motivated and service-oriented;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
