Customer Services Clerk (5-day work week)

We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Company to explore business.

Job Duties

• Liaise with customers for cargo shipment orders
• Coordinate with offices, as well as maintaining rate system
• Communicate with overseas agents
• Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues

Requirements

• F.5 or DSE
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good computer skills and Chinese Word processing.
• Fresh graduate is welcome
